Establishing an Evaluation-driven OBE Closed-loop Teaching Model to Advance the Three-aspect Holistic EducationFramework

Abstract:

To address the challenges of integrating ideological and political education into specialized courses and developing effective evaluation mechanisms, this study explores an evaluation-driven OBE closed-loop teaching model based on the "Three-All Education" and Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles. Through action research methodology, multiple implementation phases were conducted in the Intelligent Audit course. By restructuring the evaluation system into a driving core that spans the entire teaching process, we designed a "Three-Stage Four-Dimensional" framework to achieve comprehensive monitoring and feedback across students 'knowledge acquisition, skill development, competency cultivation, and ideological-political objectives. This approach collectively fosters a university-wide "all-staff, all-process, all-round" ideological education system. Empirical results demonstrate that this model significantly enhances students' professional competencies and ideological-political literacy, while effectively promoting teachers' instructional precision and continuous improvement. The research provides actionable practical pathways and paradigm references for advancing the "Three-All Education" initiative.
