Abstract：

The new era has entrusted new missions and requirements to the Party building in colleges and universities. As a bridge linking the Party with teachers and students in colleges and universities, the standardized construction of grassroots Party branches is a key grasp to implement comprehensive and rigorous Party self-governance and strengthen the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Taking the Teachers' Party Branch of the College of Music and Dance, Guizhou Normal University as the research sample, this paper sorts out the organizational structure, construction mode and practical effects of the grassroots Party branch of the college, deeply analyzes the prominent problems existing in the current standardized construction in team building, mechanism guarantee, characteristic integration and other aspects. Combined with the professional characteristics of art colleges and departments, targeted optimization countermeasures are proposed to provide differentiated practical references for the standardized construction of grassroots Party branches in similar colleges and universities, and help improve the scientific level of Party building work in colleges and universities.
