Abstract:
As a national intangible cultural heritage, Anhui Huagu Deng embodies profound Huaihe River cultural heritage and distinctive folk aesthetic characteristics in its dance artistry. Currently, teaching Huagu Deng female troupes faces challenges such as fragmented transmission of traditional techniques, teaching materials out of step with contemporary aesthetics, and a lack of systematic training frameworks, hindering its inheritance and development in the new era. This study centers on “preserving traditional techniques” and “innovating contemporary aesthetics.” Through literature review, field research, expert interviews, and teaching experiments, it systematizes the core traditional techniques of female Huagu Dance troupes, analyzes contemporary dance education and stage aesthetic demands, and constructs a three-tiered teaching curriculum framework: “Foundational Techniques—Stylistic Expression—Integrative Innovation.” This system preserves the traditional technical essence of “agile movement, precise control, and stable foundation” while integrating contemporary dance elements such as explosive force control and nuanced emotional expression. It fills the gap in systematic teaching materials for Huagu Opera female performers, providing a practical pathway for the living transmission and contemporary transformation of intangible cultural heritage dance.
