Abstract:
In the context of digital transformation, higher education management is facing concrete challenges such as data silos leading to difficulties in collaboration and rigid processes resulting in low efficiency. To this end, this study first constructs a cloud computing based education data integration platform, then develops an artificial intelligence driven dynamic optimization system, designs a service-oriented modular process reengineering scheme, and finally establishes a blockchain based evidence traceability mechanism. The experimental results show that modular restructuring improves transaction processing efficiency by 61.9%, and the blockchain system reduces attack success rate from 85% to 2%. Research has confirmed that a systematic innovation path through technology integration and process reconstruction can effectively address the core pain points of higher education management and provide an operational practical paradigm for digital transformation.
