Exploration of the Development Path of Teaching and Research Activities of Vocational Undergraduate Education under the Guidance of Inclusive Development

Abstract:

 In 2019, China's vocational undergraduate education pilot is fully opened to vocational training of high-level technical and skilled personnel, need to take the road of connotative development, and teaching and research activities are the core engine.However, there are many problems in the current vocational undergraduate teaching and research activities, such as insufficient docking with the needs of employers, weak teaching and research on curriculum reform and innovation, fewer teaching and research on curriculum ideology and the cultivation of craftsmanship, lack of industry-teaching integration and collaborative educating teaching and research, and lack of teaching and research on the construction of "dual-teacher" faculty, and so on.Starting from the needs of connotative development, it utilizes a variety of methods and explores the paths to be carried out around a number of teaching and research dimensions. Its development is centered on the cultivation of technical integration ability, etc., and five major paths need to be constructed. In the future, teaching and research activities should be digitally transformed, internationalized content should be expanded, and a diversified evaluation system should be improved. Continuous innovation and optimization of teaching and research activities can promote the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education and help the national strategy and modernization of higher education.
