Abstract：

They must adhere to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and do a good job in the cultivation of talents by integrating and coordinating the "Five-Education" approach. The educational model of the "Five-Education" approach provides an advanced concept for the talent cultivation in colleges and universities. This paper takes the educational path of "Five-Education and Five-Transformation" in Qingdao Binhai University as an example for analysis. In the 33-year-long exploration and practice of running the school, the university has innovated the educational model of "Five-Education and Five-Transformation". Starting from the current situation of the "Five-Education and Five-Transformation" education in colleges and universities, this paper studies its path design and system construction, aiming to make due contributions to the high-level running of the school and high - quality development of Binhai University under the conditions of the new era.
