Abstract：

The ongoing advancement of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation underscores that deepening industry-education integration and strengthening university-enterprise collaboration represent pivotal trends in higher education system reform. The establishment of collaborative talent cultivation mechanisms between universities and enterprises serves as a bridge connecting education and industry, with their operational effectiveness directly influencing the cultivation of high-caliber applied professionals. By analyzing the underlying challenges in current talent development practices, identifying the root causes of various conflicts, and formulating tailored solutions to optimize the operational framework, this study aims to break down barriers in talent cultivation among educational institutions and enterprises. It also facilitates the coordinated integration of resources from both the education and industrial sectors, providing a theoretical foundation and practical reference for cultivating industry-adaptive, interdisciplinary professionals.
