Experimental Research on Ideological and Political Education in Experiential Physical Education Classroom

Abstract:
To explore pathways for integrating experiential physical education with ideological and political education in the classroom, this study employs endurance events, team-based activities, and individual challenge events as vehicles to establish a layered, progressive, role-model-driven, and continuously monitored integration model. The research demonstrates that experiential ideological and political education significantly enhances students 'athletic performance and training motivation, while fostering qualities such as perseverance, teamwork, resilience, and patriotism. It corrects students' misconceptions about physical education courses, reinforces collectivist values, improves teachers' instructional competencies in integrating ideological and political elements into physical education, and strengthens the collaborative education framework, thereby providing a practical approach for implementing ideological and political education in university physical education programs.
