Abstract:

The structural metamorphosis of modern healthcare necessitates a transition from hospital-centric acute care to preventive, community-based health maintenance. However, conventional vocational nursing education frequently exhibits a structural disconnect from grassroots community health demands. Grounded in the "Community-Innovation-Education" (CIE) integration perspective, this research delineates a collaborative educational model designed to synergize vocational colleges, community health service centers, and social organizations. By analyzing the distinctive roles of these multi-agent stakeholders, we construct an operational mechanism featuring co-developed curricula, dual-tutor mentorship, and the integration of modern information technology. An empirical action research study was conducted spanning six months, involving 120 nursing students and 300 community residents. Quantitative outcomes demonstrated a statistically significant enhancement in nursing students' core clinical competencies (p<0.01) and a substantial elevation in residents' health knowledge awareness rates (from 58.3% to 86.7%). The proposed paradigm not only augments the pedagogical efficacy and sustainability of vocational nursing programs but also acts as a catalyst for cultivating health-conscious communities. This study provides a validated, transferable framework for optimizing community health education and fostering societal well-being.
