Abstract:
The 2008 global financial crisis prompted developed countries in Europe and America to re-examine their national economic development strategies, shifting from a "deindustrialization" strategy to a "reindustrialization" strategy. The reindustrialization has caused significant changes in the quantity, structure, and specifications of vocational skilled talents. Developed countries have taken a series of measures to respond to the changing demand for talent in the modern manufacturing industry, which is characterized by intelligence, digitization, and networking.
