Abstract：

Thyroid cancer (TC) is a common endocrine tumor. At present, surgery is still the main treatment for this disease. In addition to conventional surgical treatment, common TC drug treatments include radioactive iodine therapy (RAIT), molecular targeted drug therapy, thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) inhibition therapy, neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, etc. This article aims to review the research status of drug therapy for differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC), so as to provide reference for its treatment ideas.
