Abstract：

Chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) is a common hemorrhagic disease in neurosurgery. With the aging of the population, the incidence rate of CSDH in China is increasing year by year. This article will provide a review of the latest developments in the pathophysiology, surgical treatment, and drug therapy of CSDH, aiming to provide theoretical basis and reference for clinical treatment of CSDH.
