Abstract:
With the rapid development of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, cloud
computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT), digital transformation has become an inevitable strategic choice for
enterprises to maintain competitiveness in the global market. As the core function of enterprise management, Human Resource Management (HRM) is facing profound changes—traditional HRM modes, characterized by
standardized processes, experience-driven decision-making, and fragmented management, can no longer adapt
to the demands of digitalized operations, talent development, and organizational agility. This study adopts a
combination of literature review, qualitative analysis, and case study methods to explore the innovation path of
enterprise HRM modes under digital transformation.
