Abstract:
Gout is a disorder of purine metabolism and uric acid metabolism. TCM treatments for gout is mainly based on treating Kidney, Spleen and Liver. However, there are few modern studies on treatments of Liver, Spleen and Kidney, which lacks modern scientific basis for its explanation. With the exploration at home and abroad increases, the association between intestinal flora and gout has become a hot research topic. Therefore, the role of Spleen in treating gout is discussed in this study based on intestinal flora, which provided molecular biological targeted basis for the treatment of gout and broadened the thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment of gout. This study provided modern scientific basis for the treatment of gout from Spleen in TCM.
