Abstract：

With the improvement of business refinement, intensification, and standardization in aviation research institutes, as well as the continuous improvement of information technology level, data control has become an important basis for the development strategy planning, aviation product development, and intelligent analysis decision-making of aviation research institutes. However, currently the data control work of aviation research institutes focuses on technology and lacks top-level planning and data control system design. To enhance the data control capability of aviation research institutes, a data control mechanism that integrates organization, data, technology, and application should be established to comprehensively carry out data control work, thereby meeting the data usage needs of aviation research institutes and promoting their high-quality development.
