Abstract:
In the modern enterprise management system, it is necessary to actively integrate management mechanisms and control structures, fully integrate practical requirements, ensure the advantages of performance evaluation, and lay the foundation for the comprehensive implementation and optimization of enterprise performance management work. Enterprise group companies need to strengthen their innovation foundation and management points, reasonably maintain performance evaluation mechanisms and assessment methods, maintain the actual level of enterprise economic operation, and lay the foundation for the comprehensive optimization of subsequent corporate governance effects. This article briefly analyzes the theory and basic methods of performance appraisal, and explains the common problems in performance appraisal of enterprise group companies based on the situation of the enterprise. Specific solutions are discussed from several aspects such as appraisal schemes, enterprise positioning, and corporate culture atmosphere management, aiming to provide guidance for enterprise group companies.The comprehensive implementation and optimization of performance appraisal structure provide support for reference only.
