Abstract：

The lack of talent related to smart cities has greatly hindered the construction of smart cities and affected the achievement of urban intelligence goals. On the basis of summarizing the development of smart cities and the current situation of talent cultivation in smart cities, this article focuses on exploring the importance of talent cultivation in smart city management. It systematically interprets the types of smart city management talents, the required theoretical knowledge, and training paths, and further explores the impact of smart cities on urban management disciplines and the support of urban management disciplines for talent cultivation in smart city management.
