Abstract：

Logistics work in universities is the foundation of all school work and the link and important guarantee for the development of various school undertakings. In the long-term development of school construction, logistics staff have contributed their youth and strength to the cause of higher education. In the context of the new era, university logistics work is facing new development opportunities, and logistics management is also facing challenges from modern management models. This article proposes some thoughts on the innovation of logistics services in universities and the management of migrant workers.
