Abstract：

New media is the main tool for people to communicate in the Internet era. In the context of the new media era, political work is of great significance. The application of new media technology also provides a new channel for state-owned enterprises to carry out ideological and political work. This article analyzes and discusses the role and application of new media in the political work management of state-owned enterprises, aiming to utilize the advantages of new media to promote the smooth implementation of political work management for state-owned enterprise employees.
