Abstract:
The architectural form of an art museum embodies rich and wonderful thematic connotations, thus in turn determines the overall style of the museum. Therefore, it has become the top priority for museum managers, architects and the public. Taking into account the complexity and particularity of architecture forms, this article aims to address museum architecture forms from three perspectives: local adaptability, culture significance and thematic objective, in order to provide meaningful reference for architectural designs of art museums in China.
