Abstract:

With the rapid development of art and technology, the public's pursuit of functionality and artistic aesthetics in exhibition spaces is constantly improving, and the development of environmental art in exhibition spaces is becoming more diversified. The prominent features of three-dimensional soft sculpture are plasticity, softness, and affinity. When the form of the sculpture becomes soft and the texture becomes loose, the harmonious coexistence and mutual exclusion of soft and hard concepts constitute the infinite possibilities for the application of exhibition space. Compared with hard sculpture, soft sculpture can form a positive interaction with exhibition spaces, improving the rigidity and coldness of forms and materials in modern exhibition spaces. This elevates the overall, artistic, and humanistic atmosphere of the space environment, creating new environmental art.
