Abstract：

The modular organizational operation mode of stage art practice is an effective organizational form and management mode for the innovative development of practical teaching in music majors in universities. Through its inherent modular characteristics and diverse practical forms, this study explores the innovative mechanism of the modular organizational model of stage art practice, promotes the continuous flow and exchange of knowledge and technological innovation resources within the stage art practice system, realizes the modular organizational model of stage art practice, fully integrates into the process of cultivating music talents in universities, and maximizes the sharing of innovative benefits.
