Abstract：

The article aims to explore the effectiveness and treatment factors of music psychodrama therapy. Music psychological drama is a therapeutic method that combines music and dramatic elements, which has attracted widespread attention in the field of psychology. By reviewing the development process and related research of music psychodrama, this paper explores the application of music psychodrama in psychotherapy, and analyzes in detail its therapeutic factors, including emotional expression, role-playing, and plot interpretation in music. Finally, the shortcomings of current research were summarized, and future research directions and suggestions were proposed.
