Abstract:
This article aims to explore the concept, characteristics, and profound impact of participatory art museums on contemporary art ecology, audience identity, aesthetic experience, and other aspects from a philosophical perspective. Participatory art, as an emerging art form, has gradually become an indispensable part of art museum activities. It emphasizes the active participation and interaction of the audience, fundamentally challenging our understanding of traditional aesthetic issues such as aesthetic experience, artistic value, and viewer identity. Through literature review, case analysis, and philosophical speculation, this article attempts to reveal the philosophical connotation of participatory art museums and explore their value and significance in contemporary society.
