Abstract：

With the rapid development of Internet technology, network literature, as a new cultural form, has risen rapidly in the world and shown strong vitality and influence. It not only greatly enriches people's cultural life, but also becomes a bridge connecting cultural exchanges between different countries and regions. More importantly, the international dissemination of online literature is a vivid manifestation of the coexistence of cultural diversity and integration in the context of globalization, and has significant implications for promoting the internationalization of online culture. The international dissemination, exchange and mutual learning of Chinese culture used to rely on traditional offline communication methods, but since the new era, it has relied more on the Internet. With the continuous innovation of information technology, the media environment is also constantly developing and changing. Whether it is for the establishment of national image or for cultural exchange and mutual learning, network culture, which focuses on the overseas dissemination of online literature, is playing an increasingly important role.
