Abstract:
The real estate market has always been a key factor in China's economy, not only affecting economic growth, but also directly related to people's housing needs. Against the backdrop of accelerating urbanization, land reserve, as a key strategy for land development and utilization, is closely related to the real estate market. This article analyzes the relationship between land reserve work and the real estate market, explores their interactions, influencing factors, and important roles in urban development. At the same time, based on the problems that arise, suggestions for improving land reserve work are proposed to better play its important role in market stability and sustainable urban development.
