Abstract:

Against the backdrop of the synergistic development of digitalization in vocational education and curriculum-based ideological and political education, the development of digital foreign language textbooks for vocational undergraduate programs urgently requires a dual breakthrough in value guidance and technological empowerment. In response to practical issues in current textbook development—such as the disconnect between ideological and political elements and specialized content, insufficient innovation in digital formats, and imperfect evaluation mechanisms—this study proposes an ideological and political education framework centered on "language as the foundation, culture as the bridge, expression as the means, and values as the soul." The research further advances a tripartite development mechanism of "systematic design, platform integration, and whole-process evaluation," emphasizing the role of a multidimensional evaluation system in driving the dynamic optimization of textbook content. This paper aims to provide theoretical references and practical paradigms for constructing digital foreign language textbooks for vocational undergraduate programs that embody Chinese characteristics and reflect the distinct features of type-specific education.
