摘要(Abstract):
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)相关肺真菌感染(COVID-19-associated fungal infections)已成为后疫情时代全球公共卫生领域的重要挑战,这类感染因病原谱复杂性、宿主免疫状态的异常及诊疗手段的局限性,显著增加了危重症患者的治疗难度与预后不良风险。本文结合近年相关研究与临床实践指南,从病原学、免疫调控及治疗策略等多角度,系统综述了 COVID-19相关肺部真菌感染的病理机制及治疗进展,旨在为 COVID-19相关肺真菌感染的早期诊断及临床干预提供系统性参考,助力降低重症病死率。
