Abstract:

Atrial fibrillation is a common type of arrhythmia in clinical practice, which can easily lead to cardiovascular adverse events and stroke. In clinical practice, more than 20% of atrial fibrillation patients are complicated with coronary heart disease. Atrial fibrillation is an independent predictor of death in patients with coronary heart disease, doubling the risk of death from coronary heart disease [1]. The main clinical manifestations of patients are chest tightness, shortness of breath, and angina pectoris. In severe cases, sudden acute myocardial infarction or acute left heart failure, or even sudden death, seriously affect the health and safety of patients. Therefore, timely treatment is crucial. Patients with atrial fibrillation and coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention require both antithrombotic and anticoagulant therapy, and their bleeding complications are a common and difficult problem in clinical practice.
