Abstract：

This paper takes 30 provincial panel data in China from 2013 to 2022 as a sample, and uses the entropy weight method, coupling coordination model and panel Tobit model to study the coupling coordination relationship between digital economy and new quality productivity and its influencing factors. The study found that the coupling coordination of the two systems in the whole country is increasing year by year, and the level of coupling coordination has increased from mild imbalance to a high degree of coordination. The coupling coordination in different economic regions is obviously different. The overall trend is high in the east and low in the west, but the difference is decreasing year by year. Government intervention and urbanization level have a significant positive impact on the coupled and coordinated development of the digital economy and the new quality productivity, while the government capacity and consumption level have a significant negative impact on it, and the regional differences are obvious.
