大同地区上消化道出血发病与季节、气象因素的相关性研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的 分析大同地区上消化道出血发病的季节分布规律及其与气象因素之间的关系。方法 收集大同地区2020年-2022年在我院住院治疗的患者中,主要诊断为上消化道出血者,分析其临床资料及同期的气象资料,探讨上消化道出血发病与季节、气象因素之间的关系。结果 上消化道出血的发病例数在不同季节分布有统计学差异(P<0.01),在12-2月达高峰,6-8月达低谷。全天24小时中,晚间、夜间出血发病率明显高于日间(P<0.01),出血高峰发生在18:00-21:00,而在13:00-16:00达低谷。上消化道出 血发病例数与月平均气温、人体舒适度指数、月平均气压及月平均风速相关联。人体舒适度指数越低,发病例数越多;舒适度指数 在60-80之间,发病例数最少。结论 大同地区上消化道出血具有明显的季节、时间分布差异,上消化道出血的发病与季节、气象因素之间关系密切。
