摘要(Abstract)：

为推动医学教育数字化转型，破解当前数字技术与教学融合层次浅、资源不规范等难题，本文基于LAPIE教学理论，构建“课前-课中-课后”全流程数字教学模型。该模型整合雨课堂、虚拟仿真实验平台等工具，通过案例分析、合作探讨、互评互测实现师生互动，并配套涵盖教学设计、技术应用等六大维度的评价反馈系统，同步优化智慧教室建设、虚拟仿真资源库研发及教师数字素养培训等管理方案。实践表明，该模式可降低教学管理成本，提升学生学习主动性与知识掌握度，为培养实用型医学人才提供有效路径，为医学教育数字化改革提供理论与实践支撑。
