摘要(Abstract)：

肝衰竭（Liver failure）是一种病死率极高的严重肝脏疾病，其早期预警与准确预后评估对改善患者临床结局至关重要。近年来，基于血常规的衍生炎症指标——中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值（Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio，NLR）和中性粒细胞百分比与白蛋白比值（Neutrophil Percentage-to-Albumin Ratio，NPAR），在肝衰竭中的应用价值日益显现。本文系统阐述了NLR 与NPAR在肝衰竭疾病预后、并发症发生等中的临床价值，以及在未来肝衰竭精准医疗中的潜在地位。
