Abstract:
In recent years, immunochromatographic detection technology has developed rapidly in the field of food safety. This paper briefly describes the formulation and development of laws, regulations and policies related to China's food safety rapid detection industry since the revision of the national food safety law in 2015. The application and development of immunochromatographic detection technology in China were reviewed. The product types, detection methods and development trends of immunochromatographic strip technology in the field of food safety detection were analyzed and summarized. The review points out that the progress of theoretical research and the support of industrial policies have effectively promoted the growth and industrial development of immunochromatographic detection technology in China, but at present, the defects of immunochromatographic strip products, the lack of product evaluation methods and the imperfection of the supervision system of government departments are still the key factors that restrict their healthy development. Finally, the article looks forward to the construction of detection data informatization platform in the era of big data informatization, which will further promote the development of immunochromatography detection technology in the field of food safety.
