Abstract：

Chinese path to modernization has made a systematic and comprehensive exposition, and highly summarized the dialectical relationship between high-quality development, new development concepts, and new development patterns. The high-quality development of the marine economy requires a deep understanding of its connotation from the perspective of Chinese path to modernization, a comprehensive understanding of its internal requirements under the requirements of the characteristics of Chinese path to modernization and the common characteristics of economic modernization, and the guidance of the new development concept from the perspective of Chinese path to modernization, so as to understand its strategic direction and practical logic to promote the construction of a new development pattern, so as to better promote the primary task of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and follow the essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization.
