Abstract:

In recent years, China has deepened the reform of state-owned enterprises and is committed to building a differentiated salary performance mechanism. This measure aims to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees in state-owned enterprises, and improve the competitiveness and efficiency of the enterprise. Through differentiated compensation, state-owned enterprises can better attract and retain talent, optimize talent allocation, and promote sustainable development of the enterprise. At the same time, through the introduction of performance appraisal mechanisms, it is possible to objectively evaluate employees' work performance, motivate them to continuously improve their abilities and work efficiency, and promote the transformation and upgrading of state-owned enterprises. The continuous improvement of state-owned enterprise reform and differentiated salary performance mechanisms will further promote the development of state-owned enterprises, enhance their economic strength and international competitiveness. However, from the current situation of the salary and performance management system in state-owned enterprises, there are still many defects and deficiencies that are not conducive to the sustainable development of the enterprise. Based on this, propose differentiated reform strategies for salary and performance distribution in state-owned enterprises.
