Abstract：

With the rapid development of information technology, universities, as important gathering places for file transmission and management, naturally need to pay attention to innovation in electronic management, so that their electronic file management can meet the different needs of multiple departments, and improve their information transmission efficiency through the use of smart office systems to ensure that informatization brings more development impetus to them. Based on the current situation of electronic document management in universities, this paper explores some existing problems and elaborates on them, proposing effective solutions to promote the construction of electronic document management system in universities.
