Abstract：

With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the speed of material updates in daily life is also constantly increasing. Especially among college students, there are numerous idle items, and how to dispose of or resell them has become a difficult problem. Therefore, the second-hand trading platform for college students came into being on the premise of disposing of the idle goods of college students and under the influence of the emerging Internet thinking. Through second-hand trading platforms, college students can sell their unused items to those who need them, which not only reduces the financial pressure on their families but also accumulates some material wealth for themselves. Based on this, the construction of an idle trading system is studied by starting from segmenting the market, formulating marketing models, and developing risks.
