Abstract：

Based on the application of historical materialism to explain the connotation of the new development pattern of "dual circulation" at the industrial level, this article takes China's chemical product foreign trade as the research object, uses various trade indicators and data to comprehensively analyze the main problems of China's chemical product foreign trade not conforming to the connotation of the "dual circulation" development pattern, and proposes a path for the high-quality development of China's chemical products, promoting their integration into the dual circulation and promoting it to form the dual circulation.
