Abstract：

Regional collaborative development requires synchronous follow-up of regional collaborative legislation. Compared to traditional local legislation, regional collaborative legislation is a new legislative mechanism based on the traditional legislative system. It can not only effectively promote the modernization of the national governance system, but also provide important guarantees for the coordinated development of the economy between regions. However, there are concerns about the constitutionality of regional collaborative legislation in China, and conflicts of interest among regional entities within the region have also slowed down the process of regional collaborative legislation. The lack of experience in related legislative collaboration has also posed challenges for legislators. In the face of the dilemma of regional collaborative legislation, the status of regional collaborative legislation should be affirmed in the constitution and laws, local barriers to regional collaborative legislation should be overcome, and active exploration of regional collaborative legislation should be respected and encouraged, in order to achieve new breakthroughs in regional collaborative legislation.
