Abstract：

In the era of big data, the ways of committing crimes are becoming more intelligent, and the harmful results of high-tech crimes are more destructive. The application of big data technology in the investigation mode has become a requirement of the times. The transformation path of investigation mode can start from accelerating the cultivation of big data concepts, standardizing investigation activity modes, consolidating the talent base of big data investigation technology, breaking through the inherent thinking mode of investigation work, promoting the advantages of traditional investigation thinking, and strengthening the application of big data investigation technology, effectively realizing the maximum benefits of big data technology in investigation work.
