摘要(Abstract):
口面肌功能相关耳鼻喉科疾病(如阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停等)危害广泛,传统治疗(如手术、药物等)存在疗效受限、术后复发风险高等问题。近年来,源于言语训练的口面肌功能治疗(OMT)作为无创低、成本的治疗方式逐渐受到关注,其通过神经肌肉再教育靶向训练口面肌群,实现气道重塑与功能改善,为疾病治疗提供了新路径。然而目前OMT训练方案尚未统一,个体化适配标准、多学科协同模式等仍需探索。本文旨在综述OMT的核心机制、多元训练体系及在耳鼻喉科疾病中的临床应用进展,分析其疗效与安全性,为该类疾病的综合治疗提供参考。
