联合免疫治疗后恶性肿瘤放疗远隔效应的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

远隔效应是局部放疗后照射野外远处转移病灶退缩的全身性抗肿瘤现象,1953年首次提出后因传统放疗下发生率极低未受重视。免疫检查点抑制剂的发展使放疗与免疫治疗联合显著提升该效应发生率,为晚期转移性恶性肿瘤全身治疗提供新方向。本文阐述二者联合诱导远隔效应的核心分子机制、不同瘤种临床研究进展,分析研究挑战并展望未来方向,为放免联合治疗的临床转化与方案优化提供理论参考。
