Abstract：

With the rapid development of new agricultural formats, the protection of intellectual property rights in new agricultural formats and fields in China is significantly lagging behind, especially in the field of leisure agriculture. Strengthening intellectual property protection in relevant fields plays an important role in promoting high-quality agricultural development and rural revitalization in China. However, due to the lack of international experience for the protection system of intellectual property rights related to leisure agriculture, the lack of targeted protection measures for system implementation, and the poor awareness of intellectual property protection among new business entities, it has a significant impact on the long-term healthy development of leisure agriculture. Therefore, based on a full understanding of the application and protection demands of different entities' intellectual property rights, a new type of intellectual property system should be accurately established, innovative management methods should be accelerated, and diverse participation platforms should be built to systematically solve problems such as unclear boundaries in creative design, unclear ownership of agricultural resource rights, and rapid technological changes that exceed institutional supply.
