Abstract:
Faced with the demand for Chinese language learning and the continuous fermentation of internationalization in education, the demand for internationally outstanding teachers by employers is constantly increasing. In the recruitment process, employers encounter the problem of a constant stream of interviewees but unable to find suitable candidates. Therefore, this article briefly analyzes the cultivation of outstanding international education talents from the perspective of employers.
