Abstract:
Various risks in human resource management are interrelated and mutually restrictive, which can easily lead to the phenomenon of human resource risk transmission. In human resource management activities, the businesses between nodes are interrelated, and the various risk flows they carry also interact and couple with each other, forming a risk transmission chain of human resource management along different transmission paths. Taking time as the independent variable and the intensity of human resource management risk transmission as the dependent variable, human resource management risk transmission can be divided into four modes: stable risk transmission mode, increasing risk transmission mode, declining risk transmission mode, and mixed risk transmission mode. The article proposes a control system for risk transmission in human resource management from the aspects of risk sources, risk transmission pathways, risk transmission carriers, and risk control measures.
