Abstract:
Research financial assistants are a newly formed team in the process of China's scientific and technological system reform, which can provide comprehensive professional services for scientific research. Nowadays, various research institutions have fully implemented the research finance assistant system, ensuring that each project is equipped with a relatively fixed research finance assistant to assist in the implementation of professional service mechanisms. Based on this, in accordance with the latest policy requirements, based on the implementation of the scientific research financial assistant system and the current work status, combined with job demand analysis, this paper analyzes and summarizes the key points of team professionalization construction, including the setting mode and evaluation system construction of this profession. Suggestions are proposed for job mobility setting, shared office mode, cognitive improvement of institutional environment, establishment of quality performance evaluation criteria, etc., in order to help scientific research financial assistants break through career bottlenecks and optimize their future career development.
