Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of cumbersome traditional installation process, non-detachable connection mode and large material consumption of photovoltaic systems on concrete roofs, combined with the practice of distributed photovoltaic installation, research on rapid installation and detachable connection technology is carried out. By optimizing the installation structure, innovating the form of counterweight foundation and designing detachable connection nodes, the construction process is simplified, material loss is reduced, and the installation efficiency and structural stability of the system are guaranteed. The research shows that the proposed technical scheme can effectively solve the pain points of traditional installation, balance construction convenience and later maintenance operability, provide technical support for the large-scale application of photovoltaic systems on concrete roofs, and meet the needs of green and low-carbon development.
