Abstract：

Social justice, as a value concept in modern society, is a beacon that leads the development and progress of human society, expressing the value demands of human society towards "good" and "goodness". With the continuous development of high and new technologies such as the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence, the traditional social justice issues are facing revolutionary changes in the intelligent era, such as the digitalization of resource allocation, the intellectualization of production and life, and the virtualization of social interaction. We must base ourselves on the Marxist theoretical logic of social justice, correctly understand and grasp the value implication of social justice in the intelligent era, explore the practical direction of maintaining and promoting social justice in the intelligent era, and then lay the foundation for building a more fair and just Chinese path to modernization country.
