Abstract:

Chronic glomerulonephritis represents a common progressive renal disorder that occupies an important position in the global spectrum of chronic kidney diseases. Immune complex deposition serves as a core pathological link in the initiation and progression of chronic glomerulonephritis, and in-depth clarification of related mechanisms provides a critical theoretical basis for targeted intervention. Immunosuppressive therapy acts as a main clinical strategy for managing active immune lesions in chronic glomerulonephritis, and its reasonable application helps stabilize renal function and reduce renal tissue damage. This study systematically analyzes the molecular processes of immune complex formation, localization, and inflammatory activation in chronic glomerulonephritis, summarizes the action pathways and clinical application effects of conventional and novel immunosuppressive agents, and explores optimized therapeutic strategies to improve clinical management quality. The findings of this study aim to support precise clinical decision-making, promote the standardization of treatment regimens, and provide a reference for further exploration of pathogenesis and innovative drug development.
